- What is the UtiliPRO Appliance Repair Program?
With a UtiliPRO Appliance Repair Program plan, key appliances – based on the plan you select – are automatically covered when they need repair.
- Who is eligible to enroll in an UtiliPRO Appliance Repair Plan?
The program is available to residential customers within our service territory. To determine if your home is covered, go to the Protection Plan tab and enter the zip code for the home to be covered. If your home is not covered, please know that UtiliPRO is continuously adding contractors and expanding its service to new customers – so check back often.
- How do I enroll?
- How quickly does my coverage start?
- I have an appliance that’s pretty old. Will UtiliPRO cover it?
All equipment covered must meet code requirements, be reasonably clean and safely accessible, and in good operating condition at the time that the coverage begins. UtiliPRO reserves the right to have an on-site inspection of the equipment. (Please see the
Terms and Conditions for full details.)
- My appliances are fairly new. Why would I need a UtiliPRO Appliance Repair Program?
New or old, appliances can break down at any time, and many appliances only have warranties up to one year. Using appliance protection plans, customers have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in appliance repair costs.
- What should I do if one of my covered appliances needs repair?
- How much does a service call cost?
Covered labor and parts are free. Plus, there are no deductibles, diagnostic fees or service call fees. If the appliance and repairs are covered by the UtiliPRO plan you have chosen, your cost should be nothing.
- May I add other available appliances to my Plan?
- How do I cancel my Appliance Repair Program?
